There are four streams is medical, non- medical, commerce, humanities.It depend on your interest which stream do you want to opt.
If you are interested in banking,CA then you can go for commerce
If you are interested in bio and science then you can go for medical.
If you are interested in history,geo the you can go for humanities.

10th exam is secondary school exam. 11th and 12th are the higher secondary school courses. After passing 10th exam one can take admission in 11th class.
There are some courses which you can do right after 10th like ITI, diploma in engineering etc.
And there are some courses which you can do only after passing 12th.
There are many graduation, diploma and certificate course after 12.
The course after 12 which you can select depend on the subjects which you choose for study in 11th and 12th.
For higher secondary school (11th and 12th ) one can choose subjects from -
Arts stream - for example history, geography, sociology etc.
Commerce- for example economics, statistics, maths etc.
Sciences -for example biology, chemistry, physics, maths, computer sciences etc.
So after 10th one has two options -
1) can do certificate, diploma courses
2)can do 11th and 12th.
So depending on your interest, capabilities and sources available you can do any of the above you want.
