What if i do job and mba from open?

I hv done bcom from DU(open). Now I am confused what should I do. Should I do MBA regular or job +try for govt job MBA(distance). Pls hlp

Honestly, Open University's MBA or distance learning MBA can't compete with regular MBA even though you are a working professional and there is a time crunch. However, it does not mean that MBA from open are totally worthless. They add a value to your resume and learning. Be self disciplined and try getting maximum learning through your open MBA and it definitely adds value. Moreover, an MBA degree adds weight to your resume and helps you climb the corporate ladder a little easily. Also, rather than completing your MBA from a tier 3 college, open university is a better option. However, a full time MBA from a Tier-1 or 2 college, is definitely better than open MBA. You can also go for an executive MBA which is specially designed for working professionals.
