What if I get 900000 in neet ? Do I get a seat in reputed college if I am from BCE community and a girl ?

To qualify for the NEET exam, the candidate must qualify the exam by scoring marks equal to or above the cut off range. Only by scoring these marks, will you be allowed to participate in the counselling procedure, be it All India Counselling or state counselling. The cut off marks for this year is as follows-

• GENERAL- 138 marks
• OBC- 108 marks
• SC- 108 marks
• ST- 108 marks

The ranks corresponding to these marks is usually from 5 lakh to 6 lakh and rarely exceeds. Hence, even if you have the perks of having reservation or in some states, reservation for girl candidates, you will not be able to get a seat in any government, private or deemed medical college if you a rank of more than the one stated above.

Even candidates scoring marks less than 300 (with reservation) and below 400 (unreserved) are not able get a seat due to the high cut offs. Hence, a safe score to get a seat in a reputed medical college would be 550 above if you are BCE candidate (for state quota) and 600 above for All India Quota seats.
