You can get admission in colleges of other states only under All India quota. You can apply under state quota for only in that state for which you have the domicile certificate, if any.

The chances of getting a govt medical college in Tamil nadu under 85% state quota seats belonging to other states is not possible as those seats are reserved for the state Candidates. You may apply for private or management quota seat
