what if medical college denied to accept NIOS student if i crack neet.Can i have right to file case against medical college in court.

No need for filing any case, NTA has already stated that all the NIOS students are eligible to give NEET examination & no colleges / university can deny your admission. But even NIOS students have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria which is, you must be 17+ on 31st December of current year, you must have completed your 12th with PCB as your core subjects and an aggregate score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology for general category. So, don't worry, just keep your focus on studies.
