Hi Zaid,
No need for filing any case, NTA has already stated that all the NIOS students are eligible to give NEET examination & no colleges / university can deny your admission. But even NIOS students have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria which is, you must be 17+ on 31st December of current year, you must have completed your 12th with PCB as your core subjects and an aggregate score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology for general category. So, don't worry, just keep your focus on studies.
