what if my thumb impression in exam hall does not match with the application form in neet exam ??

Well this is going to cause a lot of trouble for you as if this happens then your answer sheet will get rejected and your application will get canceled.
Also , If there will be anything wrong then you will get notified by the authority hopefully.
