What if original 12th marksheet is not available ?is there any way of seat acceptance at reporting centre wbjee 2019 through printout ??

Usually by the time of councelling, the original 12th marksheet isnt available since the college is unable to provide one by that time. Had it been individual colleges, it would have asked you to submit the marksheet later on. But in case of wbjee i think it is needed.
