As the cancellation of seat happens in the following cases:-
Cancellation of Seats

If a candidate with an allotted seat in first or second round wishes to surrender or cancel the seat before the last date of option entry for second extended round, then Rs 5000 will be deducted as processing fee and the remaining fee will be refunded.

If a candidate has been allotted seat in first or second round and he or she has not reported to the college, surrenders the seat after second extended round completion, the entire fee will be forfeited.
If a candidate surrenders the seat allotted in the second extended round, the complete fee will be forfeited.
If a candidate does not return the original admission order, bank challan, green card and verification slip, he/ she will not be allowed to surrender or cancel the seat.
