Dear Pragati, well if you selected a different board than what you actually studied, it is an error. Unfortunately, AIIMS Final registration process has no correction window. Once you click on the 'Submit' button, what you entered there, stays there. Regarding the consequences, we have to hear it from the authorities.

Will my form reject in this matter I would not a chance to give exams
What should I do in this regard I also mistakenly choose no in appearing aiims exams earlier

Pragati, to be very honest there is nothing that can be done. But that will not stop you getting an admit card. So you can still appear for the exam. Meanwhile if there is anything that can help you in correcting this we will certainly reach out to you.
