IITs are one of the top institutes in India .The have students with good skills
Always every educational system except thier students for maximum out put as the same case all iits expect from each students from good skills abilities
All the students if they pass with good scores in JEE can enter.So they almost brilliant students since they competing national wise and only few of them can enter
If you have the ability to work hard everything will follow you
