Hi Aspirant,
This isn't any category rule.
Actually,according to this,15% of the total seats are open to all India quota through JEE Mains or any other equivalent examination.
85% of the remaining seats are strictly for students qualifying through MHT-CET,which basically means,they are for the home state students.

Actually I want to witch student come under 85%for home seats.
What the criteria for domicile ,and 10 and 12 school complesory from Maharashtra or if the Birth and resident of parants is from Maharashtra then also the student get under 85%home seat
