- Contract Law is all about agreements between people or companies. For example, if two people sign a deal say, renting a flat or working together on a project that’s a contract. If one side breaks the terms (like doesn’t pay rent), Contract Law decides what happens next. It's more about rights, duties, and money.
- Criminal Law, on the other hand, deals with crimes and punishment. So if someone commits theft, assault, murder, etc., they’ll be charged under criminal law. It’s the part of law that protects society and punishes wrongdoers.
Both are fascinating and very important in the legal world.
