Hi Rittick! Accuracy refers to the correctness of the answer. 100% accuracy means that you have answered all the attempted questions correctly, ensuring full marks. For CAT or other MBA entrances involving negative marking, maintaining accuracy is important as with each wrong answer, 1 mark gets deducted. While for the state level MBA entrances like MAH CET, APICET, TSICET etc., no negative marking scheme is involved. So if you do not maintain 100% accuracy, you will not get marks for that particular question, but won't lose marks which you have already obtained.
