Earlier scoring 200 was queit tough and those who scored had rank less than 10000. This time NTA has conducted jee mains for first time. It also has not given any report on percentile vs marks analysis, and there is also no record of last years for NTA so predicting your answer is difficult. Percentile is relative marking scheme which depends on numbers of students appeared for exam and level of paper.
So you have to wait till NTA release marks of every student.
