I hope you are doing well. Average package for average branch like let's say mechanical, Civil is 7 LPA - 7.5 LPA. Most of the companies gives a package of 6-10 LPA. Highest salary was 24 LPA in 2019 placement season. Placement percentage is 84 percentage for mechanical in NIT Warangal. Some PSU also recruits like IOCL, BPCL,ISRO with package like 12 LPA. Some software companies like Direct, Amazon are open for all branches so if you are good at coding you can get >20 LPA package too.
