Hi Aspirit,
In the first round to participate in counseling you need to pay some amount of fee.
In the remaining rounds you have to wait for better options if you get better options you selected option and confirm the college after confirming the college the remaining fees of the college has to be paid in the final round or after the final round. This remaining fees is the balance fees
