In CCE , you will get the exposure of CSE as well as ECE. But it doesn't mean that you will be able to read all the courses of both the streams in your curriculum.
You can audit the other courses which are not in your curriculum. But practically it is not very easy.
CCE is good branch for you if you are interested in both streams. If you are interested in 1 stream then stick to that only because it doesn't feel good to read what you don't like.
Placements in CCE are as good as CSE. (~80-90%)
