All the programmes that you have mentioned cannot be compared on any fixed basis.

The career prospects related to each programme is different, hence I cannot choose any single course from the above mentioned for you. I would suggest you to select a course in which your interest lies in. Do not choose a course just on the basis of the assumption that BA programme is better than simple. Among all these programmes, choose the one that your interest lies in. Evaluate your scope of further education in the same field. You can improve your career prospects by doing a post graduate degree/ course from a recognised college by working hard during your course. You can also appear for competitive exams after completion of your undergraduate degree. You can also pursue another professional degree. So make your choice on the basis of your interest and further prospects.

It depends on you .if  you have interest in any language like english or german  then you should go with that only

There are various career option if you done ba like you can go for teaching
If you do ba in any language then it will be very easy for you to get job in which additional language is must
