Biogas is a renewable source of energy that is naturally produced from the decomposition of organic waste in an environment without oxygen that is in an anaerobic environment. The main gases released are methane and carbon dioxide. It can also include small amounts of hydrogen sulphide, siloxanes and some moisture.

It can be used to fuel vehicles, As a replacement for natural gas.
