This four year integrated course is the first Indian professional degree programme for elementary teachers education.
Admission to this course is through a centralized admission test conducted by Central Institute of Education, University of Delhi.
The B.El. Ed. programme prepares a student-teacher for a wide range of professional & academic options such as teaching and research in elementary education in Government & Non-Government schools, pursuing post-graduation and subsequently qualifying to be teacher educators in State Institutes/University Departments/Colleges.
