According to the last year cutoffs, you have a good chance to get a chance in medical college in Kolkata.
The medical colleges that you might be able to get into is ESI PGIMSR Joka Kolkota. However, there are many different medical colleges outside Kolkata but in West Bengal which will be available for your score.

As per the trends following in 2017 as well as 2018, with 380 marks in your hands, it would be difficult to grab a seat in the SC category in any of the medical colleges of Kolkata because,
Even the last year, the 5 most reputed colleges of Kolkata had their SC cutoff marks all above 400 except CNMC whose cutoff was 392.
Medical College Kolkata (453 Marks)
NRS Medical College (413 Marks)
RG Kar Medical College (401 Marks)
IPGMER (407 Marks)
But if we look at the statistics of the District Medical Colleges, we see that almost all of them could enroll a student whose marks was at about 380 thereby meaning
Their cutoff was a bit low.
I am providing you with the link of the cutoffs and closing ranks of different medical college of West Bengal in 2018 as well as 2017 so, that you can tally with it.

Even if the cutoff increases by a margin of 20 marks, I think you would make it through any of the District colleges.
