What is class 12th eligibility criteria for b arch admission at iit or Nit?

Hii

For admissions into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, the general category candidates should have obtained 75% aggregate marks and the OBC-NCL/ SC/ ST/ PwD candidates should have scores 65% in total five subjects including Mathematics.

Or you need to be in top 20 percentile of your respective board.
