The Common App is a single application form which you can fill to apply for over 733 different universities. It is a quicker way to apply for universties abroad as you do not have fill the same information like your SAT score, GPA and extracurriculars, again and again for different university applications. Keep in mind that you can add up to 20 universities in your common app form and you can adjust this according to your convenience before submission. You will have to submit one essay through the Common Application for all universities. Some colleges may ask you to also answer a few additional questions.

Every college charges their own application processing fee (usually $30 to $75 for U.S. applicants and more for international applicants). You can apply for a fee waiver if you need one. Applying for a fee waiver is different from common app and for the same you have to begin filling out the FAFSA form.

You have to submit your common app form before a stipulated due date before 11:59pm in our local time zone.
