Hello Manjunath,
The confirmation number is nothing but the NEET MDS roll number itself. You just have to enter it again for confirmation that it is the number indeed.
The other information that is to be entered during registration are as follows:
- Stream (medical/dental)
- Application number
- Name of candidate
- Date of birth
- Security pin
After that your personal details such as father and mother name, address, category, etc, are to be filled carefully. Candidates must be mindful of these details, as the details once filled cannot be edited and the similar information filled here will be required at the time of document verification and admission.
