What is CTS compliant demand draft. And how to get it sir .plz tell me for comedk

CTS demand draft refers to  cheque truncation system i.e used for fast cheques clearing. It is based on a cheque truncation or online image based where  cheque images and magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) data are captured at the collecting bank branch and transmitted.

For this you have to visit your bank and ask them to provide with that. Every bank has different process .

1. Demand draft favouring “COMEDK (TAT No_ _ _ _ __)” has to be drawn only from the approved list of banks listed  in the table below. Please indicate candidate’s Test Admission Ticket Number in the favouring details section of DD.
2. DD should be payable at Par / at Bangalore.
3. Demand Draft will not be accepted without the candidate’s TAT number on it.
4. Demand Draft drawn on a bank not listed on the mentioned bank list is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
5. Candidates are advised to indicate their Name, TAT No, Rank Number and contact details on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
6. Demand Draft should be CTS compliant and it should not be overwritten. Non-CTS and overwritten demand drafts will not be accepted.
7. List of approved /notified banks from which dd is acceptable for counseling mentioned in the below table.
