Mechanical engineering -32.87
Civil engineering -28.7
Electrical engineering -25.2

For instrumentation engineering the cutoff is expected as 34.6.
Taking branch is completely your choice. Every branch has its own importance. Generally instrumentation engineering is ignored because people has less knowledge and interest about it.
