Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category    cutoff percentile       cut off marks

General/ews       50                     720  -  147

UR-PWD            45                       146  -  129

Obc/Sc/st         40                      146  -  113

So, for obc category a minimum of 113 marks is required to qualify Neet 2020 examination.

Cut off percentile for Neet examination is 40 percentile  for OBC category but yes cut off marks keep changing every year   depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So, you should aim at least 15 -25 mark higher to be on the paper side to qualify cut off of Neet examination in future
