You have asked what are the syllabus of AIIMS.NEET Syllabus 2018 -  The question paper of NEET 2018 had been prepared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)  on the basis of the NEET 2018 syllabus. CBSE had declared that National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 syllabus will remain same as that of the previous year. The information about NEET 2018 syllabus was announced on CBSE official website. NEET 2018 was conducted on May 6, 2018, from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM. NEET 2018 was held in an offline mode as a pen and paper exam. The duration of the exam was of 3 hours with Objective MCQ questions derived from the NEET syllabus 2018.

AIIMS has not defined any limits for its ug exam syllabus. It has vaguely stated that its syllabus will be that of 10+2.
AIIMS paper (online computer based test) is of 200 marks comprising 200 MCQs, each MCQ when answered correctly gets you 1 mark and when answered wrongly, deducts 1/3 marks. You can also skip questions you are unsure of to avoid negative marking.
The pattern is such-

• Physics- 60 marks
• Chemistry - 60 marks
• Biology - 60 marks
• GK and Aptitude - 20 marks

My advice to you is, besides being thorough with your CBSE syllabus (some questions come directly from NCERT), you should practise previous year AIIMS papers to get an idea of the kind of questions asked.
