Hello Arun, the basic difference between JEE Mains and JEE Advance is that JEE Mains is used in getting admission in government colleges like NITs, IIITs and other government colleges like IIEST, BIT Mesra but JEE Advance is primarily used for admission in the IITs. Also JEE advanced is tough to answer in comparison to JEE Mains.
