Hi,
Since the paper and pattern is not disclosed by the ICICI officials, we can only get insight based on experience of test takers.
The test paper for aptitude test is of 1 hour and cosists on 70-80 questions. This test also inlcudes section on English, Reasoning and Psychometric test. The difficulty level generally is less than that of IBPS PO.
The aptitude section carries questions on easy calulations from quant topics like percentage, avergae, ratio & proportion, interest, time and work, numbers etc.
Selected canddiates undergo 1 year PG diploma in finance and banking and then work with tthe bank.
