Induction program is organized by every college for first year students to make them familiar with the college. The college authorities introduce the college to you, they will make you familiar with all the faculty, facilities provided in the college for your enhancement and many more things are done to make you familiar with the college.
In MBA colleges it is also as similar as in other colleges.
