DUET means Delhi University Entrance Test. DUET test is a national level test conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency) on the behalf of Delhi University. Students from all over the country appear for this test for taking admission into various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctorate courses like Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Science, and Education etc.


There are 45 colleges of Delhi University offering admission to candidates on the basis of DUET scores. Candidates who have passed 12th from NIOS board are also eligible to apply if they meet the required cutoff.

Application commenced from- 16th Aril 2021

Application ends- 1 June 2021

Release of Admit card- 5th June 2021

Exam held- 7th June  2021

Result- 22 July

Here's the list of courses with their respective eligibility criterias that DU offers admission into

1. B.tech- passed 12th with minimum 60 percent and Mathematics as one of the main subjects

2. BA Honours Humanities and Social sciences- passed 12th with aggregate 60 percent

3. BA HONOURS Multimedia and Mass communication- Passed 12th with 75 percent in aggregate and 85 percent marks are mandatory in English.

4. MCA- passed graduation with 60 percent

5. Master in commerce- Graduation wit 50 percent for General, 45 percent for OBC and 40 percent for SC/ST

6. Master of Education- Graduated with B.ED, BA. B.ED, BEI.ED or DEI.ED with minimum 50 percent marks.

7. Master's of LAW- 3/5 years LLB with 50 percent fir general, 45 percent for OBC and 40 percent for SC/ST.  For more information please go through this link
