First of all, I would like to inform that the fee structure of every IIT is different. So, your question becomes incomplete as you haven't mentioned any particular name of which IIT you are asking for. But I would help you by informing that in every IIT, the tuition fee is waived for the SC category students. So, you just have to pay the fees of the basic facilities which would be around 10k per semester (academic section). However, your hostel and mess fees could vary depending on the IIT.
