There is no such thing regarding fees structure of JEE mains and JEE advance if you want to learn it from scratch you can do it by your own by learning from basics, however there are many coaching institutes for the specific learning for JEE mains and advance and have their own fees structure, there is no specific fees, it depends on the coaching institute. However an individual can prepare by his/her own, here are some tips for the preparation:

1- Take look on the exam pattern

2- For basics, starts learning from NCERT books.

3- Practice as many question as you can after completing a topic.

4- Solve previous year question paper.
