Hello student. Btech and tech is together called as mtech integrated. As in 6 years of total course will be reduced to 5 years. This usual btech then mtech is a regular way where you write gate exam after btech and get admission to mtech.
In my suggestion I would prefer btech and then mtech adds more value, because you will be clearing all india test and getting admission through merit. It adds a separate value, stream etc
Mtech integrated is you choosing it in btech itself. So it wouldn't add that value to your career. But if in any reputed university, then you can go for it
