Heredity is the sum all biological processes by which characteristics of parents transfer to their offsprings. A general is the basic structural and functional unit of heredity. They are made up of DNA and are parts of the chromosomes.
Electromagnetic field is combination of both electric and magnetic field. It is the space where flow of energy is present. A stationary charge produce only electric field . If charge is moving, magnetic field is also produced. The mutual interaction of electric and magnetic field produces an electromagnetic field.

Genes are made up of DNA. Some genes act as instructions to make molecules called proteins, which are needed for the body to function. However, many genes do not code for proteins, instead they help control other genes.
Talking about electromagnetic field.so Electromagnetic fields are a combination of invisible electric and magnetic fields of force . They are generated by natural phenomena like the Earth's magnetic field but also by human activities, mainly through the use of electricity.
