Information Technology focuses on the theoretical and technical aspects of designing, developing, researching and testing software as well as digital hardware. It is more of a Professional track course. You are taught about systems and their functioning on a need to know basis. You are taught regarding the basic applications of a technology. It makes you an expert at the surface level of the tech, which will aide you to develop skills required at the industrial level.
IT Specialists are required in almost all range of employment fields such as finance, arts, medicine, defense, and other areas.
