What is it about phase 3 counselling? There is no information about it?

Hi Radhika!!! The phase-III counselling only happens if they are seats left are phase-I and phase-II so they informs you after both the phases are over like last year there were seats left in VIT,Bhopal which is a new campus so they called for phase-III counselling and the cutoff rank was extended upto 1,50,000.
