what is jee main? how can we prepare?

Dear student,
JEE Mains is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) to invite admissions for various undergraduate courses. Jee mains score is considered for admission in Nit's/iiit's or gfti's. It is the first phase of the IIT Joint Entrance Exam, the second phase consists of Jee advanced through which students can seek admission in IIT's . This year jee mains will be conducted in 4 sessions, students can apply for all of them. It is a computer based examination and will have 20 Multiple choice questions in each subject and 10 Numerical value question in each subject and candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10 Numerical questions in each subject. To prepare for jee mains you need to study three subjects: physics, maths and chemistry. For chemistry ncert ia enough along with the previous years question papers, for maths you can follow books like R. D sharma and previous tears question papers and for physics, books from arihant publication and cengage along with previous years question papers will be good.
