Magnetism is a force by which objects having magnetic material inside them, such as, iron, can be pulled or repelled. That is, the property inside some objects to pull or push objects from them.
The relation between electricity and magnetism is that, by the movement of magnet, electricity can be generated. The concept of electromagnetism comes into play here.
