Decision making process can be clearly explained if you can clearly explain what decisions you want to make . or regarding what you want to.
The general decision process is like:
- understand the situation with a clarity
- look at various alternatives
- understand and evaluate based on what you want to do and regarding what
- evaluate based on the parameter you chose
- then finally make a proper decision.
