I suppose you want to know about CSAB NEUT not JEUT. Let me tell you, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) uses this AIR for seat allocation purposes. The Board holds counselling only for seats reserved in AICTE approved Institutes in India that are not covered under CSAB for the North Eastern States & Union Territories (NEUT).

There is nothing like CSAB JEUT, I assume you are asking for CSAB NEUT counseling which basically is the counseling based on JEE mains marks in North-Eastern states and Union Territories only for seats reserved in AICTE institutes in India not approved by CSAB.
