Hello abhinav,
Crl-pwd rank reffers to the rank which you have secured in JEE-mains under general- pwd category.
All people who are general with pwd quota are given CRL pwd rank and your CRL pwd rank is the rank among all general students excluding other category people either pwd or not.

Crl-pwd rank means the rank scored by general students with pwd category i.e physically disabled general category students
