Hello Dear
The medium of question paper will be based upon the conducting authorities. However for JEE mains and Advance it won't be tough as well it will not be easy as well. If your concepts are strong then you can easily be able to fetch the marks till 150 in Jee Mains. Whereas the language of question Paper will be English, Hindi and Gujrati.
