Dear aspirant,

According to your question there is as such no minimum marks that you will need to get into nits but the admission is on the basis of percentile and that too depends on the candidates that appeared in your particular shift so it can't be predicted.

But on a general basis if you score 150 marks atleast out of 300 then you can hope for a good nit.
