The colleges these days usually take into account the marks that you sored in class 12th and not class 10th, also if in the rare of the rarest case they do, they definitely do not see subject wise marks. So relax there is no such criteria as of now. (unless you will do an MBA for which also weight on 10th marks isn't much)
But having said that it is also important for you to study nicely and score as much as you can because this will teach you to work hard and will also clear your basics, this is the time to learn and grow.
