JOSA seat allocation is online program,you have to fill it online.Choose your selected NITs,IIITs,IITs or GFTIs if your score is enough to fetch you interested IITs then you are elligible for that Institute.To allot seat,you have visit nearest IIT or NITs to confirm your seat.If you are elligible for IIT then you have to go nearest IIT and vice versa.
