what is my level of qualification when I passed out in 2019 in b.tech but has one back log still. I'm I a graduate or considered under intermediate?

Hey,
You can call yourself engineering graduate only once you complete entire course of engineering by passing all the subjects. So, for now your qualification if 12th pass. You will have to give your remedial examination and then you will get your final result. Also, I think you must not have received any convocation certificate or provisional certificate which is given by the university to those who pass. So, to get those complete your examination.
