Hello Rahul,

After you complete your CAT exam then you have to take admission in college based on the percentage you score in exam. The more percentage you secure, the more better college you will get.

After completion of your post graduation, then you can apply for job in various companies or you can get placed through placement cell of the college.

The salary you earn will totally depend upon the college that you pursue your graduation and your caliber.

The Common Admission Test ( CAT ) is the test for pursuing the management program in India. CAT score is accepted by various well reputed institutes for giving admission to the students who want to pursue post graduate management programs.

No companies or Public Sector Units accept the score of CAT for the basis of job. CAT score is only and only accepted for the admissions into post graduate management program. So, your salary will not be decided on the basis of CAT score.

But yes, if you will complete your post graduation from any of the IIMs or reputed management college then your salary will of course huge. Your salary will be definitely more than an undergraduate student.
