What is number of students from scheduled caste who annually crack JEE mains and Advanced ?

it is very difficult to say the count based on category wise.totally,there were 2,31,024 students have qualified in jee mains 2018.

for jee advanced,

in 2018,only 18,138 students were get qualified and in 2017 the count of qualified students was 50,455.

Hello aspirant, as you may know there are a lot of quota reservation in jee exams. And since reservation are already in place, the number of person qualifying the exams is equal to the number of seats alloted according to the quota. For sc the quota is 15% so 15% of total seats available is the number of sc applicants qualifying.
